Frankfurt team advises d.i.i. Group on residential and commercial property acquisition in Nuremberg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the d.i.i. Group, an integrated housing company and portfolio developer of residential real estate based in Wiesbaden, on the acquisition of a residential and commercial property in Nuremberg.

The residential and commercial complex has 174 residential units, 11 commercial units and 185 parking spaces.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team, which specializes in real estate transactions, was led by Frankfurt partner Dr. Hendrik Theismann and also included counsel Michael Mehler and associate Daniela Kowalsky. Partner Tino Duttiné and Associate Sarah Heufelder advised on tax law.
