Norton Rose Fulbright advises h.a.l.m. elektronik on acquisition of new corporate headquarters

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised h.a.l.m. elektronik, the world’s leading supplier of precision measurement technology for the photovoltaic industry, on the acquisition of its new corporate headquarters.

The four-storey building with an adjacent production hall has a total area of more than 11,000 square meters and approximately 270 parking spaces. The building was acquired as part of an asset deal.

h.a.l.m. elektronik focuses on the performance testing of solar cells and modules. The company develops technically tailored solutions for worldwide solar production as well as research and certification institutes. The new location offers additional space for further growth of h.a.l.m. elektronik in a dynamically developing global market.
