United States Press release - People September 16, 2022

Two Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers have been named among the 50 BTI Client Service All-Stars Most Viewed by Clients — and Everyone Else.

Chris Cwalina, global co-head and US head of information governance, privacy and cybersecurity and Minneapolis partner-in-charge Mary Young were honored on the list of the 50 BTI Client Service All-Stars with the most searches and page views.

This distinction is based on searches on BTI Client Service All-Stars website as well as LinkedIn during the period of March 2022 through August 2022. Norton Rose Fulbright is one of only 10 firms that have more than one BTI Client Service All-Star in the top 50.

BTI is a market research firm that conducts custom client surveys as part of its client feedback programs to drive client service delivery. BTI recognizes "the preeminent client service practitioners in the legal industry as BTI Client Service All-Stars.

While every BTI Client Service All-Star gets a significant number of searches and page views, Chris and Mary are among the 50 lawyers who topped the list.
