Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Löwenstark Digital Group GmbH on expansion

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Löwenstark Digital GmbH on its expansion with two equity partners, HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS Capital.

HANNOVER Finanz will become the new majority shareholder and ARCUS Capital will become a co-investor. The investors are expanding their existing portfolio of diverse companies to include an experienced online marketing specialist. 

HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS Capital will hold more than 75 percent. Together with Löwenstark Digital GmbH founder Marian Wurm, who retains a significant stake, and the management team around CEO Hartmut Deiwick, the companies intend to expand both organically and through acquisitions. 

With more than 5,000 customer projects nearly over the past 20 years, Löwenstark Digital Group GmbH is one of the most experienced and successful digital service providers for online marketing in the DACH region. More than 150 employees are active at ten locations in all disciplines of online marketing for national and international customers. 

Dr. Philipp Grzimek, Munich-based partner who led on the deal, commented:
