Norton Rose Fulbright advises Hamburg Trust on purchase of office space in Cologne

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Hamburg Trust on the acquisition of a new office building and an office complex of five individual buildings in Hürth near Cologne. The total of 14,000 m² of lettable space has been acquired for Hamburg Trust’s open-ended special fund "HT Office Top 30 Invest". 

The new building, which was completed in April, comprises around 6,800 m², and is fully let on a long-term basis to the information service provider Wolters Kluwer Deutschland.

The open-ended special fund "HT Office Top 30 Invest" is an individual fund mandate of a German insurance company. It invests in German and Austrian locations in medium-sized and large cities with populations of 100,000 or more that show positive demographic and economic trends as well as in sought-after locations within the top seven cities. The fund was launched in 2018 by Hamburg Trust KVG.
