Forbes lauds Norton Rose Fulbright’s US corporate law and international practice

Forbes honored Norton Rose Fulbright recently by naming it one of the top corporate law firms in the US and one of the top five US corporate firms in providing international legal services.
The five law firms recognized by Forbes as America’s Top Corporate Law Firms: International were Norton Rose Fulbright; Baker McKenzie; Campolo, Middleton & McCormick; Clark Hill; and Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
In ranking law firms, Forbes relied on the market research company Statista, which conducted an online survey of lawyers during April and May. Survey participants were able to choose areas of law and make recommendations, and a participant could make 10 recommendations for each area. Self-recommendations were not allowed.
The lawyers who comprise Norton Rose Fulbright’s global corporate, M&A and securities practice advise corporations and financial institutions across the full spectrum of industry matters including public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, disposals, debt and equity capital markets, governance, general commercial and corporate advisory matters.
