Norton Rose Fulbright assists Fitesa Nãotecidos S.A. in securing US$50M financing from IFC

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright represented Fitesa Nãotecidos S.A. (Fitesa), one of the leading nonwoven manufacturers for the health and hygiene industry, in securing a US$50 million loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The loan will finance the expansion of the production capacity of Fitesa’s Gravatai and Cosmopolis factories in Brazil, which produce raw materials for products such as disposable diapers, masks and aprons.

José Cobeña led the transaction with support from Charles Johnson (São Paulo).
