Eagle Robinson (Austin), Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Head of Patents, has been named a 2025 “Emerging Leader” by Profiles in Leadership Journal. Eagle is among five recipients of this quarterly award, which highlights leaders who exemplify excellence, integrity and innovation within their organizations.
Eagle leads a team of over 50 US lawyers and patent agents advising clients in patent prosecution, United States Patent and Trademark Office patent validity trials, and patent-related transactions. In his practice, Eagle protects the client innovations that drive business growth in critical industries, both by securing patent assets and by challenging competitor patents that have been stretched beyond reasonable bounds.
Eagle is also the chair the firm’s Innovation Committee, where he helps lead the firm’s efforts to evolve its technological and process innovation.
