Two Norton Rose Fulbright partners named 2025 ‘Notable M&A Dealmakers’ by Crain’s Chicago Business

Norton Rose Fulbright Chicago Partner-in-Charge Sameer Ghaznavi and Chicago Head of Corporate, M&A and Securities Kevin Friedmann have been recognized as “2025 Notable M&A Dealmakers” by Crain’s Chicago Business.
This honor recognizes senior leaders in the Chicago area who have significantly contributed to the M&A field and demonstrated a strong commitment to the community.
Sameer represents private and public companies, developers, utilities and sponsors in relation to the development, strategic acquisition and sale of energy and infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally. Sameer has assisted clients with some of the largest renewable energy M&A transactions in the country.
Kevin helps emerging companies grow through strategic M&A and capital raising transactions. He has wide-ranging experience representing public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings, across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. Kevin regularly leads multidisciplinary and cross-border teams to advise clients on their most transformative transactions.
