Nicole Lynn to join Klutch Sports as President of Football Operations

United States Press release - People May 4, 2021

Houston senior associate Nicole Lynn is leaving Norton Rose Fulbright to join Klutch Sports as the sports agency's President of Football Operations. Owned by sports agent Rich Paul, Klutch Sports represents NBA stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis, with a reported US$1.68 billion in contract value among all of the athletes it represents.

Lynn, who has worked both in our financial institutions and insurance team and as a sports agent since 2015, will help Klutch Sports to expand its NFL representation. Klutch Sports is part of United Talent Agency, one of the biggest talent agencies in the world.

"Practicing at Norton Rose Fulbright for the past six years is an experience which I will always treasure," Lynn said. "This firm gave me the opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming a sports agent and then further supported me once I achieved it."

On Saturday, Lynn was featured on the NBC News special Inspiring America, in which she was interviewed by Hoda Kotb alongside San Antonio Spurs assistant coach Becky Hammon and the head coach of the University of Arizona's women's basketball team, Adia Barnes.

Lynn, who also inspired an upcoming television series about a female sports agent that is being developed by 50 Cent and Starz, has written a book called Agent You: Show Up, Do the Work, and Succeed on Your Own Terms, which will be released in July.

Last fall, Sports Illustrated recognized Lynn on its list of The Unrelenting, honoring "the most powerful, most influential and most outstanding women in sports."

Lynn made history in 2019 when she became the first Black woman to represent a top-three NFL draft pick, New York's Quinnen Williams. Since then, she has added another top-10 pick in Jedrick Wills and a starting quarterback in Jalen Hurts.
