The Frankfurt team advises P3 Logistic Parks on lease for new logistics park

Norton Rose Fulbright is advising P3 Logistic Parks on the leasing of its newly built logistics park in Horb am Neckar to Mercedes Benz.
The property comprises four halls with a rental area of around 33,600 m² including around 1,060 m² office space. The lease has a term of ten years. P3 acquired the 6.5-hectare project site at Liststraße 5 in 2018. Last year, the existing buildings were dismantled and the new logistics center developed. P3 is a long-term owner and developer of logistics real estate in Europe.
The Frankfurt-based Norton Rose Fulbright real estate team was led by counsel Michael Mehler and included partner Dr. Hendrik Theismann and associate Daniela Kowalsky.
