Recognition November 30, 2016

Market research firm BTI Consulting Group ranked Norton Rose Fulbright 20th out of 650 law firms considered for its 2017 Client Service 30 list.

The Client Service 30, part of BTI’s Client Service A-Team 2017 report, recognizes “leaders in client service that earn recognition from corporate counsel on an ongoing basis, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships day-in and day-out.”

BTI’s research states that Norton Rose Fulbright “continues to leverage its industry focus and thought leadership in litigation to educate top legal decision makers on key issues, trends and risks that impact virtually every corporate counsel.” Furthermore, the firm “is able to use its knowledge base to engage with clients and talk about client goals and objectives—a  main contributor to its leadership position in client focus.”

Among various client service activities, Norton Rose Fulbright is deemed a “Leader of the Best” in: client focus; provides value for the dollar; quality products; meets core scope; keeps clients informed; breadth of services; and brings together national resources.

This year’s rankings are based on BTI’s independent research involving more than 330 in-depth phone interviews with leading legal decision makers at large organizations across 17 industries. BTI’s scoring system relies on three variables in the eyes of the decision makers: importance of various service activities; difficulty in finding law firms that perform well in these activities; and feedback regarding which law firms stand out in these activities.
