Norton Rose Fulbright advised Macquarie Capital Limited on successful IPO listing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Macquarie Capital Limited as sole sponsor and sole global coordinator on the listing of JH Educational Technology Inc. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 

JH Educational Technology is a leading provider of private formal higher education in Zhejiang province, the PRC. It is the largest provider of junior college education and the fourth largest private provider of formal higher education in Zhejiang province. In addition, JH Educational Technology operates Zhongyuan University of Technology College of Information and Business in Zhengzhou, the PRC.
