Norton Rose Fulbright advises Warburg-HIH Invest on sale of Maritim Hotel

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest) on the sale of the Maritim Hotel in Nuremberg to Swedish hotel investor and operator Pandox AB.
The four-star hotel has 316 rooms and was part of an institutional property fund managed by Warburg-HIH Invest.
Norton Rose Fulbright's advice covered both legal and tax aspects of the sale. The firm regularly advises Warburg-HIH Invest, most recently in March 2020 on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio.
