Norton Rose Fulbright advises McLaren on £203.8m shareholder investment

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised McLaren Group on the £203.8 million investment from Canadian businessman, Michael Latifi.

The investment, which will be made over the coming year through Nidala Limited, a company controlled by Michael Latifi, will give Mr Latifi a 10 per cent shareholding in the McLaren Group, which also includes McLaren Automotive and McLaren Applied Technologies.
