Dubai office advises Global Trading and Shipping WLL on acquisition of MV Ripley Prosperity

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Global Trading and Shipping WLL (GTS) on its acquisition of MV Ripley Prosperity.
GTS is a shipping company founded by S’hail Shipping and Maritime Services, one of the largest owners of dry bulk carriers in Qatar.
MV Ripley Prosperity is a 2008 Japan built dry bulk carrier of 76565 dwt. The acquisition of the vessel includes a long term bareboat charter to Ripley Prosperity Ltd, UAE, owned by Ripley Group of India.
