Norton Rose Fulbright reappointed to Carlsberg global legal panel

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has been reappointed to Carlsberg Group’s (Carlsberg) global legal panel.
Following a rigorous reappointment and procurement process, four law firms were selected to form Carlsberg’s new legal panel, effective as of July 2025. The panel will last for another three years and Norton Rose Fulbright will advise on a range of legal matters for Carlsberg over this time period.
The Norton Rose Fulbright partners that will lead the cross-border team advising Carlsberg includes Claire O’Donnell (corporate), Mark Tricker (antitrust and competition) and Deirdre Walker (litigation and disputes).
Carlsberg is a longstanding client of Norton Rose Fulbright. The law firm has previously advised on the brewer’s joint venture with Marstons in 2020 as well as its acquisition of Marston plc's minority stake in Carlsberg Marston’s Limited in 2024.
