I joined Transform in 2019 as a Business and Legal Operations Graduate and recently qualified as a Transform Consultant. In this new capacity, I am able to apply my learnings gained throughout the graduate scheme and continue working in a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
Before joining, I studied Law at the University of Exeter, and then moved on to do a Master’s in Public Policy at King’s College London. When I was considering my next steps after university, I knew that I wanted to work in an environment where creativity, innovation and a forward-thinking mantra would underpin my role - Transform encapsulates all three!
Since joining the firm, I have worked on a mixture of internal and client-facing work, both of which share a commonality: to help make legal better. My favourite aspect is the creativity, exploring new ways of working and the role of empathy in my day-to-day.
Born in South Africa, but have lived in Cambridgeshire for most of my life. Now I live in London.
Used to be a county runner, but admittedly now couch to 5k is the extent of my running abilities.
I previously worked in a SaaS start up, which is where my interest in technology started! Prior to that, I worked several years in retail.
Best part of the job
By far the people - I have made great friendships (and even a housemate!) and I work alongside the best in the business.
