Raisa D'Oyley's practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, with a focus on banking and financing transactions. She has experience supporting the firm's representation of domestic and international clients across numerous sectors. Ms. D'Oyley represents borrowers, financial institutions, lending syndicates, administrative and collateral agents and corporate trustees in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including leasing, securitizations, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, project finance and working capital facilities. She is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center co-teaching a course on negotiations.
