Biography

Trevor Pinkerton is a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office. Trevor's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and securities for a range of clients - from financial institutions and investment banks, to E&P companies and oilfield service providers.  His experience includes both public and private M&A, as well as handling initial public offerings and follow-on offerings.  Trevor also assists clients with annual Exchange Act reporting, Section 16 issues, and corporate governance.
