Biography
Maija Kerry is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Sydney.
Maija practices in commercial law, providing day to day commercial law advice and drafting and negotiating commercial documents for Australian and international clients. Maija is regularly involved in outsourcing, manufacturing/supply agreements, services, franchising, licensing, distribution, warehousing, joint venture, agency, sponsorship, endorsement and general trading arrangements.
Maija advises clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retailing, pharmaceuticals and financial services on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues. She regularly provides advice in relation to compliance, IP, competition and consumer law, contractual enforcement and how to expand businesses internationally.
