Melanie Hunter is a banking and finance lawyer based in Sydney.
Melanie Hunter joined Norton Rose Fulbright in October of last year. Her experience includes representing a broad range of borrowers, issuers, financiers, lead arrangers, agents and dealers in various financing transactions including property financing, general banking and corporate financings, acquisition financings, project financing, debt capital markets and structured financings.
Melanie has acted for borrowers in connection with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and the issuance of notes, for lenders in connection with bilateral credit facilities and for lead arrangers and agents in connection with syndicated credit facilities and acting on various CLO and CDO transactions.
