Biography

Sally-Ann Rowland is a real estate lawyer based in Sydney but acting predominantly on assets in Victoria. She has broad experience in real estate including acquisitions and disposals (shopping centres, industrial facilities) fund through development projects, complex leasing and pre-building agreements for lease and lease (commercial and industrial sites), energy (due diligence and tenure arrangements for wind, solar and gas projects) and land subdivisions (residential estates, apartments and childcare). Sally-Ann has worked for a variety of clients over the years including developers, financial institutions, statutory bodies, landlords and tenants.
