Biography
Andrew Buisson is a projects lawyer based in the banking team in London, advising on non-contentious matters in the infrastructure and construction/engineering sectors, and specialising in PFI/PPP concession arrangements, project-financed and conventionally-funded construction contracts, and operation and maintenance agreements.
Andrew has particular experience of advising on major infrastructure transactions in the social accommodation, transport, telecoms, mining and nuclear sectors, advising a wide range of public sector bodies, sponsors, lenders and contractors, both in the UK and internationally. Andrew has advised extensively on education projects, having advised on over 20 closed projects in recent years. Andrew also has experience of contentious matters in these sectors and has advised on large construction disputes and PFI dispute avoidance issues.
Andrew holds an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration from King's College London.
