Biography

Louisa Roe is a real estate lawyer based in London. 

Louisa focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial property work, including: acquisitions and disposals, funding, development and portfolio management. She has particularly extensive experience in complex letting transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants. She also acts for property companies, institutional investors, real estate funds and occupiers.

  • The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan – on its re-development at 78 St James's Street, SW1
  • Olympus Property Holdings Limited - on the first pre-lettings at the £1bn Olympia London redevelopment; with AEG Presents for a new 4,400 seat music venue and Trafalgar Entertainment Group for a 1,500 seat theatre, the biggest new permanent theatre to open in London since the 1970s
  • VF International – on the pre-letting of a circa 600,000 square foot 'built-to-suit' distribution centre
  • Bank of Montreal – on the pre-letting of its new London office headquarters at British Land's 100 Liverpool Street, EC2
  • Korn/Ferry International – on the complex restructuring of its UK headquarters leases at Ryder Court, SW1 and its occupational leases in Manchester
  • McLaren Group – on the development of the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey and on its occupational lease requirements generally
