Valentina Navetta is a corporate and real estate lawyer based in Munich.

She has extensive corporate and commercial law experience and focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A – and real estate transactions as well as corporate restructurings. Additionally Valentina provides ongoing advice to national and international companies in corporate and commercial law matters. As a German lawyer with an Italian background, Valentina focuses on cross-border transactions and projects between Germany and Italy.

She grew up in Rome, studied law at the University of Munich and spent part of her studies at the University of Ferrara, Italy.
