Biography
Mathieu Dahan is a corporate and real estate lawyer based in Paris and Casablanca.
Mathieu focuses on real estate acquisition (including corporate and asset deals), real estate finance and real estate and infrastructure developments. Mathieu has also worked on a number of high-profile hospitality ventures, acting for hotel owners, managers and funders.
He has experience of major transactions in both Europe and North Africa and acts for a variety of clients including investors, developers, funders and corporate end users.
Recent deals include: advising Delta International Property Fund on the €5m refinancing of the AnfaPlace Commercial Center in Casablanca; advising Peugeot Citroën on the development of its plants in Kenitra; advising Abengoa Waters on the development of a €400m plant for water supply in Chtouka (Morocco); and advising SAPST (CDG subsidiary) on the development of Hilton and Marriott hotels in Taghazout (Morocco).
He leads the Real Estate and Infrastructure practice in the MENA region and is ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, Morocco 2019 for tourism and real estate.
Mathieu qualified in 2003 and joined us in 2006.
He speaks French and English.
