Lenka Michalko, M.J.I. is a banking lawyer based in Frankfurt. She focuses on debt financing transactions.

Lenka advises banks, financial sponsors and corporates on various acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate loan transactions, as well as recapitalizations.

Lenka has undertaken a secondment in the legal department of one of the biggest German banks. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Lenka worked as a trainee in various roles for the Frankfurt banking team.

She is a native Slovakian and fluent in German, English and Czech.
