Caroline is a competition lawyer based in London. She has over 10 years of experience in advising on all types of contentious and non-contentious competition law issues, including merger control and state aid, and has a particular interest in investigations and competition litigation.
Caroline has considerable experience of advising clients in competition litigation, including a number of cases before the European Courts as well as the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. Caroline has also advised on a number of market investigations and studies. Caroline regularly prepares merger notifications for UK and EU transactions as well as managing multi-jurisdictional notifications for mergers and acquisitions.
In 2016, Caroline spent eight months on secondment to the in-house competition team of a major oil and gas company
Caroline read law at Girton College, Cambridge. She has a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition law from King's College London.
