Biography
Oliver Stacey is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focuses on domestic and cross border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures and commercial agreements.
Oliver has worked extensively in the communications, media and technology sectors including advising on a range of transactions from public and private M&A to tower sale and leasebacks and network sharing.
Oliver’s recent experience in the TMT sector includes advising Orange on the £12.5bn disposal of EE to BT and its $4.4bn bid for Jazztel Plc, advising Etisalat Nigeria on the disposal of its tower portfolio to IHS (a transaction which was awarded IJ Global African Telecoms Infrastructure Deal of the Year), advising Vodacom and Vodafone on various matters including M&A, tower sharing and sale and leasebacks, licence bids and other matters and advising various other clients active on a range of M&A and other corporate matters.
