Matthew is a financial services regulatory lawyer based in London.
Matthew advises domestic and overseas banks, investment firms and wealth managers on UK financial services laws and regulations. Matthew has experience of advising on retail conduct issues, particularly in relation to consumer credit law. He has played a significant role on instructions to train a regulatory body on the transfer of consumer credit regulation from the OFT, to the FCA.
Matthew trained in our London office, and has experience of working in both Dubai and Melbourne. He read History at Downing College, Cambridge before completing postgraduate studies in law.
