Timothy Lam is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong.

Timothy participates in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, reorganisations and listing-related compliance matters.

Timothy joined our practice in 2011 and was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2013. Prior to joining our practice, he gained extensive experience in audit including initial public offerings.

He has been listed as Notable practitioner in IFLR1000 2019.  He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
