Joshua Temkin is a corporate lawyer based in London. His practice focuses primarily on the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

Josh advises UK and international clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including equity investments, private and public company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures  and equity capital markets transactions.

  • Advised SBM Offshore on its offshore floating wind power JV with CIERCO, named Floventis Energy.
  • Advised Greencoat Solar II Fund on the acquisition of UK solar park portfolios from Lightsource bp and Metka.
  • Advised Bluejay Mining plc on its joint venture with KoBold Metals.
  • Advised Starling Bank  on various funding rounds .
