Miriam Kaufmann is a finance lawyer based in London. She has a wide range of experience advising both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, real estate financings, syndicated lending, asset based lending, financial restructurings, export credit financings and general banking matters.

Miriam trained with us in London and qualified in April 2016. Miriam spent six months in our banking and finance team in Frankfurt where she worked both on English law and German law banking transactions and spent six months at one of the firm's major banking clients on secondment.

Miriam is fluent in English and German.
