Biography
Dr. Christian Wolf is a litigation partner in our Frankfurt office with a focus on banking and commercial litigation.
He has extensive experience of cross-border proceedings before state courts and national and international arbitration courts. He advises leading banks and financial service providers, among other things, on disputes within secured and securitized loans, on collateral security law related disputes and on defending investor protection claims. Apart from banks he also advises clients - predominantly in the life science, health care and technology sector - on commercial and post-M&A disputes and on pursuing damage claims within the scope of white-collar-crime.
Christian studied at the universities of Frankfurt am Main, Geneva and Cologne. After his studies he worked as "assistant doctorant" at the University of Geneva while preparing his doctoral thesis in international private law. Before joining us, he worked with other international law firms in Frankfurt and New York.
He is a native German speaker and speaks English and French.
