Biography

Lillian is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong. She has completed a six-month secondment to the legal department (corporate banking) at BNP Paribas. She qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in February 2017, and holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.

  • Assisted in advising Vallourec SA on its mandatory general offer for Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe Company Limited, the first takeover in Hong Kong where a foreign investor has directly acquired the domestic shares of a PRC incorporated company listed in Hong Kong
  • Assisted in advising IRC Limited on a fundraising by way of share subscription by a new strategic investor, conditional on shareholder approval for the issue of new shares under the Hong Kong Listing Rules
