Biography
Anita is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer based in Hong Kong.
She is Counsel in Hong Kong and handles a broad range of international and domestic disputes. Anita's practice encompasses international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She has a breadth of experience of advising on commercial and contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, mis-selling cases, fraudulent and unauthorised trading claims, M&A and joint venture disputes, sales of goods disputes, corporate loan recovery and construction disputes. Anita also regularly advises corporations and financial institutions on white-collar and regulatory inquiries and investigations, including competition-related investigations and prosecutions. She also has experience of arbitration proceedings conducted under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules and various HKIAC and SIAC rules in a number of jurisdictions.
Anita obtained her Combined Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
