Dominique Trépanier works mainly in real estate and commercial law. She conducts title searches and reviews plans, certificates of location and technical descriptions. Ms. Trépanier obtains the necessary documentation to draft title opinions, at both the municipal and provincial levels. She drafts various applications for registration in the Register of personal and movable real rights.

Before joining our Québec office, Ms. Trépanier gained 12 years of experience as a real estate paralegal with another major law firm in Québec.
