Biography

Pierre Duquette represents clients involved in civil and commercial litigation arising from commercial transactions and contract disputes. He frequently acts in matters involving provisional, interlocutory and permanent injunctions. Mr. Duquette also regularly deals with matters relating to restrictive covenants, defamation, civil liability, commercial landlord-tenant relations and the recovery of secured and unsecured claims.

Mr. Duquette represents clients before all the courts of Quebec, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal as well as certain administrative tribunals. He is particularly knowledgeable about all aspects of civil procedure.
