Bernard Gaudreau has been practising in our Québec office since 2004. His practice focuses primarily on tax litigation and involves him regularly in discussions and negotiations with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Quebec Department of Revenue in connection with audits, collections and objections.
He represents taxpayers before the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. Mr. Gaudreau also handles voluntary disclosure and investigation files and advises clients on income tax and sales tax matters.
Prior to joining our Québec office, Mr. Gaudreau worked in the legal services of the Quebec Department of Revenue, representing the minister before the courts in tax litigation.
