Lucie Poulin prepares the necessary documentation to incorporate, amalgamate or dissolve companies. She participates in the preparation of various transactions relating to corporate reorganizations and ensures that a number of corporate minute books are kept up to date. Ms. Poulin also examines corporate minute books and records in connection with due diligence reviews and ensures they are in good standing.

Prior to joining our Québec office, Ms. Poulin worked as a business law paralegal at another major law firm in Québec.
