Béatrice Dubois analyzes trade-mark examination reports and files responses to objections of trade-marks offices, conducts research in electronic databases and assists in opposition proceedings. She also ensures follow-up of applications for the registration of trade-marks in Canada and manages correspondence with Canadian clients and foreign correspondents.
Ms. Dubois joined our Québec office as a patent and trade-mark assistant in 2009. Prior to that she was a trade-mark attorney with firms of industrial property attorneys in France for thirteen years, including at Cabinet Moutard in Versailles.
