Kelly Prested has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including both federal and provincial statutes for private business corporations. He participates in all aspects of due diligence, incorporation, amalgamation, continuance, dissolution, corporate maintenance and extra-provincial registration.

Mr. Prested also has experience assisting lawyers on transactions involving share purchases, share sales, asset purchases, asset sales, tax reorganizations, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining our Toronto office, Mr. Prested spent over 15 years with another large law firm in Toronto.
