Lisa Lorenzo is the business law service manager and a senior paralegal in our Calgary office. Lisa is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of business law services department in our Calgary office. She conducts educational seminars for students and lawyers and is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the business law services department.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal and extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law, including both the Canada Business Corporations Act and the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).
