Gianni Bianchi provides assistance to counsel through all stages of the litigation process. Mr. Bianchi is well versed in both the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Courts Rules and helps prepare various court materials, including factums, motion records, affidavits, application records, affidavits of documents and bills of costs. He also assists with the management of undertakings arising from examinations for discovery, management of documents produced in litigation, and assists lawyers with trial and hearing preparations.

Mr. Bianchi is experienced in e-discovery and the utilization of databases to manage, organize and analyze document-intensive litigation matters and uses this skill set to assist counsel in managing large-scale, document-intensive litigation, from inception through to trial.

Mr. Bianchi has assisted counsel in both Federal and Provincial litigation matters and has experience in the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal as well as in all levels of court in Ontario including the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
