Biography

Joelle Briand-Diguer practises civil and commercial litigation. In her practice, she focuses primarily on insurance law, construction law, civil liability and professional liability matters. She represents the interests of various companies before the civil courts of the province of Quebec.

As part of her law program at Université Laval, Ms. Briand-Diguer also studied at the faculty of law of Université du Luxembourg.

Before joining us, Ms. Briand-Diguer practised as a business lawyer with another Quebec City law firm.
