Biography
Fortunat Nadima Nadima practises in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on complex patent litigation.
From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Nadima served as an assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. During the fall of 2018, he participated in our secondment program, in which he gained experience in the legal department of Groupe Lune Rouge Inc.
During his law studies, Mr. Nadima was an editor of the McGill Law Journal, for which he also edited podcasts. He also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since 2020, he co-coaches the McGill Faculty of Law moot team for the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.
