Jürgen Schlinkmann is a corporate lawyer based in Munich. He focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial law.
He advises clients on all property law issues including, in particular, property transactions (e.g. due diligence conduct, the preparation of due diligence reports and drafting and negotiating contract documents). Jürgen also advises companies on the drafting and negotiating of commercial lease agreements, property and asset management agreements and project development (e.g. via forward deals), including the negotiation of general contractor agreements. He advised the Fattal Group on the development and acquisition of several Leonardo Hotels.
Jürgen advises start-ups and medium-sized businesses on general corporate and commercial law matters. He also advises major international corporates as a member of larger transaction teams.
Jürgen studied law, with a focus on business and corporate law, at the University of Bielefeld. During his legal traineeship, he gained practical experience in corporate and real estate law in the real estate teams of an international law firm in Dusseldorf, and the legal department of an international corporate in Munich. He also worked for the German Foreign Ministry at the German Consulate General in Chicago.
Jürgen is a German native speaker, fluent in English and has knowledge of French and Spanish.
