Biography
Ming Kalanon is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Melbourne. He has a developing practice in life sciences, biotechnology, technology and telecommunications.
Ming has a background in biomedical research, with a PhD in cell and molecular biology and 10 years' experience as a research scientist. Since completing his law degree, for which he received the Supreme Court Prize in 2017, Ming has combined his broad technical skills with his scientific and analytical background to gain commercial and industry experience advising both public sector clients and large and small commercial operations on matters ranging from life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and intellectual property. Ming's experience includes assisting clients in procurement, research collaboration agreements, and providing regulatory compliance advice.
