Mathias Goh is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore. His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in cross-border disputes and international arbitration.
He has worked on international arbitrations administered under the rules of institutions such as the SIAC, ICC and ICSID, with a number of these arbitrations relating to disputes in the infrastructure, energy and power sectors.
Mathias also regularly advises on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious Singapore employment law matters. He has advised multinational corporations on local employment legislation, employee disputes, confidentiality, discrimination, restraint of trade, transfers and termination of employment.
Prior to joining us, Mathias practised as a litigator with a local commercial boutique firm where his work covered disputes in company law, contract law and the law of credit and security. He was also involved in court proceedings before the State Courts and the High Court of Singapore, with a particular focus on joint venture and employment disputes.
Mathias graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He represented NUS at the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2013 and is actively involved with the mooting program at the NUS Faculty of Law.
Mathias is admitted both as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of England & Wales.
